Dr. Yuval D. Bar-Or is a leading expert in decision-making in the context of risk and a consumer advocate for small investors. He is the founder and president of the Light Brigade LLC, and an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College and Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business School. He is the author of four books, including Play to Prosper: The Small Investor's Survival Guide (2010) and Play to Prosper: The Passive Investor's Game Plan (2011).
